The Van
Has been very well looked after having a full service history carried out soley at VW main dealers with invoices and service history printout to prove visits. Mechanically the vehicle runs and drives well, with the battery firing up the vehicle without hesitation, and idles perfectly at 800rpm. All of the 5 gears select perfectly without issue and the clutch feeling perfect under foot. The brakes are in great condition with over 60% of pad remaining front and rear, and the brake fluid being replaced by VW last year. Just had a brand new genuine EGR cooler fitted as we noticed the coolant level had dropped slightly whilst its been with us.
The load area has benefited from being plylined from new meaning the interior panels have very little marking to them and only a new floor being added to freshen up the interior.
Externally, the metallic grey (Indium Grey) paint is in good condition with a few minor marks as seen on the photos. The factory wheels again, are in good condition with the tyres having circa 6mm of tread remaining (new tyres are typically 8mm)
The cabin area features a double passenger seat with storage area, air-con, heated front windscreen as well as multifunction steering wheel. Electric folding mirrors. Rear view mirror also fitted from factory ready for rear windows to be added. The audio has also been upgraded with the full Alpine door speaker, 'A' post tweeters and Amp package elevating the sound quality immensely, the wiring is also in place for the alpine Subwoofer should you chose to fit one.
